Do you use Fondant?

No, our cakes are covered in delicious buttercream flavors using techniques such as Swiss Meringue, Italian Meringue, and Whipped Ganache among others.

Can I request special dietary needs?

Yes, of course you may request options such as Gluten Free. The request will be assessed as to flavor integrity, possible options, and pricing. However, unless stated most cakes/confections contain Dairy and Gluten.

How far in advance should I order?

We require 2 weeks for all dessert orders. Custom single tier cakes require 3 weeks advance notice. Wedding or tiered cake request should be requested at least 8 weeks prior to event.

Do you ship?

No, currently we only deliver to the Nyc area. Delivery fees are based upon order size.
